Holiday Season Delivery & Returns

Tis the season for giving.

Make this holiday season stress-free by ordering early to give you plenty of time to find the right spot under the tree. Our extended return times allow you to return an item with ease post-holidays. Our friendly customer service team has extended hours throughout the holiday season should you require assistance with your order.

Delivery before Christmas

To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering by the following dates:

International Deliveries: 

For orders outside Australia, please allow extra time for clearing customs, we recommend ordering by 30 November.

Extended Returns

We recognize that some fans may need a bit more time to return gifts, which is why we've extended our regular 31-day returns period for the Holiday Season.  

For purchases made between November 14 - December 24, 2023, you'll have until January 31, 2024 to return your item(s) to us as long as it abides by our Returns Policy.
