- Order status: Please refer to your Order Confirmation & Shipment notification email for the latest tracking information. If your order wasn't able to be successfully delivered, it will be returned to the previous company's Warehouse, and will be processed as a return.
- Return instructions: Please follow the return instructions included with your packing slip, this will ensure your return is handled as efficiently as possible.
- Refund status: Once your return has been received back to the supplier, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process. Once it has been processed you'll receive a refund confirmation email. If it has been more than 3 weeks since your order arrived at its final destination, please let us know and we can investigate further.
