How to Return An Item

Returning an Item for a Refund


Please return the form included with your package along with any item from your order in original condition (with tags attached) for a refund, the original condition determined by our Returns Policy


If your item is customized/personalized, please check the description of the item as it will confirm if this item is returnable and/or contact customer service directly before returning it.


We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit, and it is your responsibility to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using a recorded or special delivery service for returning your goods.


Once your items have reached our warehouse we'll process the return as soon as possible and in any event within 14 calendar days of receipt. 


Once processed, refunds can take up to five (5) business days to show on your account, depending on your bank.


Exchanging an Item


Please contact us within 31 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Item


If you have received a faulty item, please contact us and the NRL Shop Support Team will provide you with return instructions.


Personalized Goods and Other Exclusions

We reserve the right not to refund any items which have been personalized. This applies to any product that is modified from its original form either by the addition of other products, additional features, or design and that has been specifically requested by the customer.


We will not be liable for a personalized name or number being incorrectly selected at the time of order.


Most jewellery items can be returned; however, we do not accept returns on earrings (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons or if the original packaging has been opened.
