If you have received notification that your order has been cancelled, it could have been due to several reasons, including product availability or your bank not authorizing payment.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be automatically issued. Once the refund has been processed, the credit will appear in your account within fourteen (14) business days depending on your financial institution.
